MTT assay was done to assess cell viability. Cells were treated with 10 μg/mL of compound A, B, C, D and E for 24 hr. Values for the data shown are representative of 3 experiments and are given as mean±SD. Statistical analysis was performed by oneway analysis of variance with all pairwise multiple comparison procedures done by Tukey test. Different p-value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
